What was done
- Many residences and chains on one platform, with full data isolation (RLS on every table).
- Privacy by default: «Rooms only» mode identifies rooms, never people.
- Visitor page via QR code and PIN, head-office dashboard and platform console.
- .NET 10 desktop app with device approval and two-factor sign-in for admins.
